Mama first, fitness enthusiast second. A certified personal trainer since 2014, once I had kids I quickly discovered my need for exercise took on a whole new meaning. I can’t wait to share my philosophy on working out for your own fitness, energy boost and mental health. I know not all moms can exercise without their kids, so my workouts are stroller friendly. Bring your kids, lot of snacks, and let’s train together!

I have 3 years of experience working with mom’s and kids in an outdoor fitness environment, both as a client and as a certified instructor.

Additional Fun Facts:

Worked with Nike as a Nike Women’s Marathon Ambassador and helped to publish the Nike Training Club, Nike Running and Nike Apps. Former collegiate basketball player. Former Athleta Sponsored Athlete. I love to read and play tennis. Sometimes I think I run so I can eat chocolate. Originally from Oregon, we moved to Clarkston to be closer to my husband’s family.
